What is the best way to contact you and get my information in front of you?
Send us your resume accompanied by a brief professional introduction and a link to a professional profile or bio.
Will you review my resume and introductory information?
Yes. We review every resume, cover letter and professional introduction sent to us. We are interested in discovering your professional interests and we will give you every consideration as a prospective candidate.
What happens when I send my resume?
Your information is retained and held in the strictest of confidence. We review your resume and all relevant information you share with us. If your experience appears to be a potential fit an engaged search, we will contact you immediately. If not, we will continue to keep you on our opportunity “radar”, reassessing as we engage new searches. We will never share your information with anyone, nor will we ever present, suggest or reveal you as a potential candidate to anyone without your permission.
Will Deare help me find a new job?
The best way to answer is to say “We find people for jobs, not jobs for people.” As a search firm, we are very different from an employment, outplacement or career counseling agency. We do not provide job search services, resume development, career advice or career placement services of any kind.
Will my information be held in strict confidentiality?
Yes. Without exception, any information you share with us is stored securely and can only be accessed by our search consultants. Your information will never be shared with a client or any other individual or entity without your permission.
