Peggy Deare is a sales recruiter with Deare Search Partners, focused on research and candidate sourcing to support local-regional-national search projects. In addition, Peggy collaborates in the development of our talent acquisition systems and processes. Working closely with our team, Peggy has played a key role in building a propriety, world-class recruiting capability at Deare Search Partners. In addition to her search work, Peggy is also responsible for managing and supporting the contract and full-time recruiters on our team, including sales recruiters in Minnesota and Maryland.
