The Sr. Sales Executive role is a senior level information technology sales role requiring a relationship-centric, consultative and strategic selling style. The sales focus will involve existing clients and strategic client targets in Minneapolis/St. Paul, the state of Minnesota and some broader Midwest geography. Some travel, including periodic international travel will be required. The travel requirement is not extensive due to the amount of opportunity in/around the Minneapolis/St. Paul marketplace.

The Sr. Account Executive will receive a robust compensation plan with targeted earnings exceeding $250,000. The salary is negotiable based on experience and ranges from $115,000 to as high as $175,000 for the right individual. Earnings are uncapped.   • 4 minimum, 7+ preferred years of successful sales experience in a non-hardware IT solutions environment
  • Direct selling experience should include:
    • Enterprise level or strategic SOW/Project based IT or business solutions, or
    • Complex software development or sophisticated information technology solutions/services, or
    • IT, outsourcing or consulting services involving high level IT buyers in mid to large sized companies
  • Demonstrated track record of success selling to senior IT and line-of-business executives, managers and influencers
  • Consultative, high relationship sales professional capable of developing trusted advisor status
  • History of success in major account management, business expansion and strategic business development
  • 4 year college degree
