  • Recruitment of senior IT Consultants and top-level consultants around the full software development life-cycle, including PM, BA, Solutions Architects, Developers, QA and more.
  • Recruitment of full project teams supporting small, medium and large T&M/SLA projects
  • Strategic involvement in the delivery of managed IT service solutions in a trusted client partner context
  • Strategic involvement in local market development and market expansion initiatives
  • Increasing strategic contribution including opportunity for an expanded role in broad scope talent acquisition initiatives
  • With strong performance and an effective strategic contribution this role may quickly lead to a key leadership position


  • 2+ years of successful IT recruiting experience in an IT Consulting, IT Solutions or IT Staffing environment
  • Talented and engaged IT recruiting professional – interested in an exciting and challenging career growth path
  • Collaborative team player/relationship builder with exceptional communications skills
  • Top IT talent pipeline and constituency builder
  • Expertise in all contemporary sourcing and recruitment methods and resources
  • Highly organized, prioritized, action-oriented, efficient and results focused
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
