Salary: $75,000+++ (negotiable based on experience)
Total Compensation: Could exceed $150,000

Specialized Team
The Diversity team is trained to assist Military Veterans with their civilian career transitions. They are experts in identifying right-fit, diverse talent for an expansive base of Fortune 500 and other large and mid-sized clients. A massive local, regional and national database of Military talent is maintained. Investments in world-class tools, systems, processes, best-practices and support personnel bolster the expansive capability.

Role

  • Identify, recruit, place or assign Military Veterans and Military spouses in consulting engagements including contract, contract-to-hire and ad hoc direct placement opportunities.
  • Manage several strategic, high-value VMS accounts – maintaining and building client relationships and expanding business footprint within these accounts.
  • Collaborate with company principles, develop strategies and tactical programmatic enhancements to strengthen the National Diversity Program generally and the Military Veterans program specifically.
  • Optimize usage  of tools, systems and processes, including JobDiva ATS and internal/external sourcing mechanisms in an effort to rapidly expand capabilities and meet increasing national demand.

Requirements

All ranges of experience will be considered for the National Diversity Program Manager role.

  • A successful IT/Staffing Services Recruiter with Military experience is highly desired

OR

  • An experienced, successful, high aptitude, top performing IT/Staffing Services Recruiter with a passion for diversity recruiting and 4 year college degree will be strongly considered
