The Divisional Director, IT Executive Recruiting will operate in a dual individual contributor/management capacity. This role is core to the success and long range development of the business division and will provide an exciting, challenging and highly rewarding opportunity for the right person. Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a full IT executive search “desk’ as a lead-by-example team contributor
  • Hire, teach, coach, motivate and develop the finest team of IT executive recruiters in the local marketplace
  • Lead the divisional client relationship effort, participating directly in the acquisition of high level IT executive search assignments
  • Optimize the recruiting process, ensuring delivery of right-fit candidates for clients
  • Set goals for individual team members and actively, consistently manage performance to goals
  • Act as a key member of the larger organizations management and executive team
  • Maximize the quarterly and annual revenue performance and growth of your division

Note: This role could eventually lead to a broader regional/national executive management role.


The Divisional Director, IT Executive Recruiting will receive a rich, multi-layered compensation plan including individual commission, team override/bonus, and other incentives.  The salary is negotiable based on experience and skill. Targeted earnings may well exceed $225,000. Earnings are uncapped. A full benefits package is available.


  • 5+ years of IT recruiting experience, including the recruitment of high level technical professionals and/or executives
  • Demonstrated client presentation skills and success winning high-level IT executive searches
  • Significant client relationships without restraints is a plus
  • Deep and broad knowledge of, and access to, the local information technology talent pool
  • Strong, well-developed knowledge of recruitment, executive search processes and methodologies
  • Refined communications skills with the ability to create and deliver concepts and messages with impact
  • A collaborative and developmental management style with the ability to bring out the best in people
  • A team concept thinker capable of building on strengths, seizing opportunities and compounding successes
  • A positive, consistent, winning attitude with a lead-by-example approach to performance development
  • 4 year college degree
  • MBA is a plus
