Role: Existing and new business sales
Starting salary: $80,000 – $100,000 with salary increase potential
Commission: High commission earnings package with fast-track earnings accelerators

Role

  • Assume responsibility for existing business in key established client relationships
  • Create new client relationships, discover and exploit new business opportunities, prioritize strategic sales initiatives, executive all aspects of results-focused sales process
  • Collaborate with Practice/Engagement Leaders, SMEs, Senior Consultants, Recruiters/Service Delivery and Executive Leaders in the execution of sales strategies and closing of sales opportunities
  • Advise leadership in areas of competitive intelligence, market trends and business practice advantages
  • Work as part of the core sales growth focused team to define sales strategies, refine value propositions, sharpen marketing/messaging, enhance client relationships, forge valuable business partnerships, etc.
  • Participate in learning opportunities, develop technology and project-level expertise
  • Develop relationships with consultants and the broader technology talent community, attend industry, professional association and business media events

Requirements

  • Preferred: 5+ years of successful sales experience in an IT Consulting (IT solutions and/or IT staffing) environment
  • Open: Less experience will be considered with emphasis on sales/business acumen, client relationship skill and success drive
  • Strong sales process skills reinforced with strong professional persistence attributes
  • Goal focused, high-action sales pro driven to build an expansive portfolio of business
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Excellent speaking, presentation and writing skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, MBA is a plus
