Role
The Account Executive – Managed Service Solution (IT) is a professional executive-level selling role focused on presenting a game-changing approach to IT services. In this role, you will:

  • Command a sophisticated, nuanced IT Solutions sales message and sales process.
  • Work with top IT executives in the top companies in the Twin Cities marketplace.
  • Build your business on a foundation of existing MSAs and strategic new business pursuits.
  • Work collaboratively with the full support of a stellar engagement and delivery team.

Requirements

  • 2 years (preferred minimum) of successful experience in one of the following fields:
    • IT Solutions sales
    • IT Managed Services sales
    • IT Consulting sales
    • IT Staffing sales
  • Confidence selling to the highest level IT and business executives
  • Ability to communicate a nuanced value proposition
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Keen business acumen, business judgement and leadership attributes
  • Results focused, prioritized, engaged, high-energy business driver
  • Strategic planning, organization and prioritization skills
  • Interest in taking on a fast-tracked career trajectory
  • 4-year college degree

Compensation
Salary is negotiable up to $95,000 based on relevant knowledge, skill, experience and success track. The commission/incentive plan is built to compound earnings opportunities as your sales production increases. The compensation structure allows for rapid income growth as you reach performance benchmarks. Your earnings are uncapped and could eventually build well beyond $250,000. The compensation plan complete with a solid benefits package and some surprising (and exciting) perks!
