As an experienced recruiting services firm, we understand the importance of our working relationship with you. All search relationships must have a reasonable degree of mutuality. It is highly recommended that you work as closely as possible with the search firm who is representing you and your company in the marketplace. It is important to consider that our working relationship may ultimately determine the outcome of the search. We believe in working on behalf of, and in the best interests of, our clients and we believe in giving our clients choices with respect to search fees and working relationships.
Contingency Search
Unless your search requires confidentiality or a high degree of complexity, contingency recruiting may be your preferred approach. Especially suited for filling mid-level positions or roles having a base salary less than $100,0000, contingency search provides you with a flexible, low risk approach to utilizing us as your recruiting partner.
Exclusive Contingency Recruiting
Exclusive contingency recruiting [also referred to as "retingent" or "container" search] is recommended when you prefer a contractually committed and fully engaged search relationship but you don’t want to commit to a fully retained search. This level of contingent search working relationship may be your best option if you anticipate a more complex and lengthy search process or if confidentiality is critical.
Retained Executive Search
Retained executive search is recommended for your most important, confidential or difficult recruiting efforts. The retained recruiting relationship brings your company and our firm into an exclusive partnership in a critical and possibly confidential executive recruiting assignment. Retained search, sometimes referred to as “retainer search” is an exclusive working relationship involving a contract and payment of fees at regular intervals during the course of the search project.
Contract Recruiting
Contract executive search is recommended when you have multiple positions to fill against a time line objective. It is usually a short term (1-3 month) contract recruiting effort provided on-site at your offices or off-site at our offices. Sometimes the effort is sustained for a year or more when growth initiatives require mass hires.
