Job Description
The Technology Sales Recruiter will play a key role in our continued growth as a premier technology sales search firm in MN. The role involves hands-on, full-cycle recruiting and account management including active new business development.

Responsibilities
Highlighted responsibilities include:

  • Initiate search assignments with top, high growth Twin Cities technology companies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key executives, decision-makers and other hiring managers
  • Identify and establish professional, relevant communications with A-player technology sales and leadership talent
  • Actively recruit prospective candidates meeting current search requirements
  • Act as the primary point of client and candidate contact during the interviewing and hiring process
  • Execute on all aspects of the recruiting and placement process
  • Actively identify high potential business prospects and develop new client relationships
  • Provide regular updates to Deare leadership regarding plans, goals, actions and progress
  • Contribute as a key team member in the areas of strategic planning, practice development and methodology/process enhancements
  • Place the best interests of our clients and candidates first and adhere to our best-practices recruiting and business model

Requirements
Sr. Technology Sales Recruiter – MN – 5+ years of experience
Technology Sales Recruiter – MN – 2-5 years of experience
Associate Technology Sales Recruiter – MN – less than 2 years of experience

  • Experience requirements above must be within a strong, best-practices, high-integrity recruiting firm or corporate recruiting environment
  • Previous successful sales or sales management experience is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills [spoken, written]
  • Demonstrated success establishing, cultivating and maintaining client and candidate relationships
  • Highly skilled in usage of contemporary recruiting methods, tools, processes and systems
