Selection Criteria
- 2+ years of continuous and current IT recruiting experience
- Expertise recruiting infrastructure, developers, architects, project managers, business analysts, quality assurance professionals
- Motivation to earn more than $95,000 in first year
- Exceptional communications, candidate relationship and constituency building skills
- Bachelor’s Degree [strongly preferred]
