Selection Criteria
- 3+ years of continuous and current IT recruiting experience
- 1+ years recent experience with a successful IT consulting or IT staffing firm
- Expertise recruiting software developers, architects, project managers, business analysts, quality assurance professionals
- Motivation to earn more than $125,000 in first year
- Exceptional communications, candidate relationship and constituency building skills
- Bachelor’s Degree [strongly preferred]
