Selection Criteria
- 5+ years of continuous and current management consulting and IT recruiting experience
- Expertise recruiting project managers, business analysts, quality assurance professionals, developers, architects
- Strong candidate pipeline development skills to support hiring to profile and req fill
- Collaborative, go-to readiness in support of team client service effort
- Bachelor’s Degree [strongly preferred]
