Selection Criteria

  • 5+ years of continuous and current management consulting and IT recruiting experience
  • Expertise recruiting project managers, business analysts, quality assurance professionals, developers, architects
  • Strong candidate pipeline development skills to support hiring to profile and req fill
  • Collaborative, go-to readiness in support of team client service effort
  • Bachelor’s Degree [strongly preferred]
