Role
Sales of Software Development and Software Technology Solutions on a local, regional and national level. New business development and client relationship management with existing clients. Complex, highly collaborative, full-cycle, business critical IT solutions selling to Fortune 500 and other large corporations.

Growth Opportunity
The Sr. Account Manager role will have an opportunity for a high potential growth path based on sales/management acumen and performance. A strong VP level opening is expected within 1 to 2 years. An interest in executive management is not a requirement but the ideal candidate will have the capability and interest.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of recent, relevant information technology related sales experience
  • 5+ years of recent project/solutions sales success in Software Development or technology driven IT solutions environment
  • Knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul and Greater Minnesota Marketplace
  • Knowledge of other regional or national markets is a plus
  • Strong, relevant, actionable and substantive IT buyer client contacts
  • Ability to simultaneously direct multiple solutions selling efforts (full cycle)
  • Capable of working collaboratively with SME, Solutions Architects, Engagement and Delivery team
  • Experienced with injecting and deploying multiple support resources in complex sales cycles
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Organized, efficient, prioritized, planned, strategic and focused
  • Passion for information technology/software solutions and complex corporate IT initiatives
  • 4 year degree from an accredited college
  • MBA or Master’s Degree is a plus
  • Interest in growth opportunity, including executive management
  • Some travel required based on client locations, sales processes and outcomes
