Location: Near Downtown Minneapolis, MN  Company: Well-established national IT Consulting firm with outstanding local and national reputation  Role: Client relationship management and revenue build in an existing Fortune 500 account, new strategic account business development and the opportunity to build and lead Minneapolis office  Salary: Negotiable based upon experience Commission:  Generous, tiered commission plan + bonus + special incentives   Total Compensation Expectation: $175,000 – $225,000+ Benefits: Exceptional benefits package

Compensation
Salary – negotiable based on experience
Commission – generous, tiered commission % providing high upside potential
Quarterly bonuses – individual performance based
Special incentives – periodic individual and team incentives

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of recent, contiguous, successful sales experience in an IT Consulting, IT Solutions or IT Staffing environment
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with demonstrated success in one or more Fortune 500 accounts
  • Executive caliber verbal and written communications skills
  • Self motivated, self managing, results driven
  • Persistent, high action, customer-focused, opportunity-keen business builder
  • Sales and marketing savvy – ability to clearly articulate competitive differentiation
  • Strong business acumen and decision making skills
  • Highly organized, process-driven, creative, innovative and adaptable
  • Collaborative, people-focused leadership attributes with ability to set and achieve goals
  • 4 year college degree strongly preferred
