The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for the management, development and growth of a mid-high volume recruiting team in one of the Twin Cities’ best performing and fastest growing IT staffing firms. Contributing in a high-demand player/coach role, the Recruiting Manager will gradually merge into 100% management responsibilities. The position is projected to lead to a broader executive management role within 2-3 years.
Selection Criteria
- 5+ years of strong, successful technical recruiting experience in an IT staffing, IT consulting or IT solutions firm
- Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices, methodologies, systems and processes
- Previous recruiting management experience is preferred but not required
- Team player capable of working with company ownership, sales leadership, sales team, consultancy and recruiting team
- Goal oriented producer capable of creating and executing increased production strategies
- Refined written and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
