National Account Manager

Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul  Company: IT Services / Management Consulting firm  Role: management of existing business and key executive relationships within a single large account  Salary: $85,000 – $105,000  Commission: strong commission and bonus package  Total Compensation: may exceed $200,000

Job Description

In this high level account management role you will immediately take over responsibility for the existing business in, and the management of, a single large national account. Currently, this account has more than 125 management consultants and IT consultants billing as project and staff resources.

Selection CriteriaMajor National Account Manager, IT Services, Management Consulting, Minneapolis and St. Paul MN

  • 5+ years successful sales experience in IT Consulting or Management Consulting
  • Experience may be in either staff augmentation or project/solutions selling
  • Previous mid-large account management success in a high volume/high activity/fast paced environment
  • Proven effective high touch client relationship management experience will be critical to success in this major sales role
  • Highly driven, consultative sales professional with a strongly connective communications style
  • Ability to work with urgency, speed and accuracy to detail with a focus on client satisfaction
