- Solutions architecture
- Project plan development and execution
- Technology and business process configuration
- Project management
- Direction of project progression and management to completion

- Process documentation and modeling
- Subject matter expertise

Selection Criteria
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and distribution vertical business processes
- Experienced manager of ERP implementations
- Exceptional solutions design and problem solving skills
- Refined client relationship, communications
- Demonstrated project management and service delivery skills
- PMP certification is preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with strategic internal business development initiatives
