Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated sales and marketing team leadership success in a software, SaaS, or other relevant technology company
- Highly collaborative leadership style with current hands-on sales and plan execution involvement
- Client relationship expert capable of playing a significant role in critical Fortune 500 C-level relationships
- 7+ years successful experience in direct and channel SaaS sales or selling complex software solutions
- C-level and executive level sales and relationship development expertise in Fortune 500 and large company enterprise context
- A consultative sales professional capable of moving business agenda and creating win-win outcomes through complex sales cycles
- Strategic and innovative thinker/planner capable of creating and enacting revenue producing sales and marketing campaigns
- MBA strongly preferred, Bachelor’s degree required
Preferences
- Experience and knowledge in industry verticals: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Government, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics
- Successful experience building a national and international team of software sales, sales support and technical support professionals
