Role
The Client Relationship Associate role is a solid mid-level sales and client experience/service role dedicated to working with IT buyers. New and existing client contact will primarily occur with the full decision-maker chain within larger, robust corporate IT environments, including:  IT executives, IT managers, other stakeholders and influencers. The role will involve two major responsibilities:

  • Initiate prospective client contact and selling process with strategic accounts
  • Develop, maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients

As a key sales player with major account responsibilities, you will collaborate with existing client relationships and discover new relationships as you broaden your business within any existing account assignments. Business development will occur within existing accounts and with new client prospects. You will work directly with clients and have full responsibility for the new or existing accounts assigned.

Responsibilities
You will have full responsibility for a major accounts/strategic accounts portfolio including new and existing business.

  • Drive new business opportunities with strategic client prospects and expand business with existing clients
  • Handle a full major accounts portfolio with responsibility for revenue development initiatives within assigned accounts
  • Cultivate broad, deep and matrixed client relationships with IT service buyers/decision makers
  • Ensure exceptional client service experience, proactively implement service enhancements and resolve  issues
  • Work collaboratively and strategically with internal leadership, technical consultants/practice leads and recruiting/delivery

Requirements
Your experience in selling IT services in the form of IT staffing and IT Consulting/IT Project services will be your greatest experience asset.

  • Minimum 2 years [prefer 3 to 5 years] of successful sales experience in an IT Consulting/Solutions/Staffing firm
  • Exceptional sales and business expansion instincts
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with a clearly differentiated and powerful communication style
  • Strategic, professional and results producing client relationship and client service skills
  • Ability to obtain and clearly understand client needs, intentions and requirements
  • Clear, effective and professional verbal and written communications skills with a strong sense of protocol
  • Strong strategic thinking, strategic planning, business acumen, and problem solving skills
  • 4 year degree from an accredited college or university

Compensation
An extraordinary, high compensation opportunity rewarding sales and business growth performance

  • Salary – $65,000 to $75,000 based on IT services experience [as defined above] in a sales role
  • Strong Commission  Plan – based on new business acquisition and existing business expansion
  • Total Compensation – may very well exceed $175,000
