Location:  Minneapolis, MN  Company: Rapidly emerging regional IT Staffing firm with 6+ locations  Role: Sales of IT staffing and project services in major accounts   Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 based on experience Commission: Strong GM$ based commission matrix  Bonus: earn eligibility for annual company trip  Equity: and stock shares disbursement   Compensation Potential: $220,000+  Benefits: Good benefits package

Well established, new-era Fortune 500 IT staffing partner with 6 current locations [including Minneapolis, MN] and new locations planned. Business is not limited to Fortune 500 and larger accounts but is geared to service every size [large, mid, small] company with a remarkable transparent business model.

Role
Sales of IT staffing and project services to information technology executives and corporate procurement channels in major accounts. Emphasis will be on the development of strong relationship based business. In addition to focus on relationship based business, large national account work will be fully supported.

Compensation
Salary + Commission with total compensation potential exceeding $220,000. Salary is negotiable based on experience and skill. In addition to salary and commission, additional bonus opportunities are rewarding part of the total compensation structure. A solid benefits package is also included.

Requirements and Preferences

  • 1 to 7 years of proven experience selling IT services, especially IT staffing and IT projects
  • Competitive, performance-focused, career oriented sales professional driven to succeed
  • Strong communicator with refined client presentation skills
  • A demonstratable track record of client relationship successes
  • 4 year college degree strongly preferred
