With a background in accounting, finance and computer systems Peggy has met the challenge of building best-in-class research, sourcing, recruiting, information management and operations platforms at Deare. Peggy works closely with clients, contractors and candidates across our Permanent Placement, Project/Contract Recruiting and Hiring Solutions businesses. Serving as a critical point of communication and coordination during the on-boarding process, Peggy works to provide an easy and seamless recruiting, selection and hiring process.
Peggy joined Deare Recruiting Solutions in 2005 in a sourcing, recruiting and operations management role. As Vice President, Recruiting Operations Peggy now manages our full-time and contract recruiting teams located in Minnesota, Maryland and Delaware. She also provides client services and candidate experience support to our recruiting practices. Peggy continues her hands-on work in research, candidate sourcing, pipeline generation and recruitment as she works to refine our technology-based systems and processes.
