History
Deare & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Rick Deare in Minneapolis, MN. Since that time, we’ve grown to become one of the best known names among Minnesota sales recruiters and one of the most recognized and respected executive search firms in the Twin Cities area. In 2005, we expanded into Baltimore/Washington D.C. with a growing Mid-Atlantic and national executive recruiting presence.
